For one of our customers, we are looking for an MES Systems Engineer.

Our client is a global industry leader and iconic brand. The team is being strengthened by the opeinng of an MES Systems Engineer position.

As an MES systems Engineer, your main mission is to ensure the operations of industrial application infrastructures. You are responsible to ensure the availability, performance, and security of MES applications.

Specifically, your role is to propose and implement technical solutions to improve service quality, availability, and application security. In this respect, you take responsibility in managing configuration and deployment changes and automation.
As a technical referent, you install, automate, and integrate solutions with associated documentation.
On the support side, you are involved to resolve problems and handle complex incidents (Level 3).
This position requires you to participate in on-call duty.

You display an excellent knowledge of Microsoft technology stack, which includes: Windows Server, IIS, Powershell, FailoverCluster, SQLServer.
You show a strong track of record processing high availability environments and their monitoring. Additionally, you demonstrate an excellent command of software factory tools, scripting and development languages for automating activities. Puppet, Ansible, Bamboo, Jira are in your list.
Finally, your knowledge of Linux environments and containerization technologies is amongst your pertinent professional assets.

You demonstrate a significant awareness of information security, of DevOps concepts and working methods, and Infrastructure as Code.

The client’s complex environment requires perfect command of French and English. It implies a proven ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, team spirit, and good interpersonal skills.

This position being centric to the client’s business, it requires strong customer focus and service orientation. You are a methodical professional, with a strong sense of organization, and able to work well under pressure.

Finally, you are eligible for a work permit in Switzerland.

Process Validation Specialist

We are currently recruiting a Process Validation Specialist on behalf of one of our clients, as a contract assignment running until the end of the year.

Role Overview:

As the Process Validation Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for designing the process validation strategy. You will lead the preparation of validation documentation, including study designs, protocols, and reports, ensuring alignment with client procedures and compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines.

Additional responsibilities include supporting R&D teams during the process characterization phase, as well as reviewing and approving related documentation. You will also oversee validation assessments for process changes and deviations.

As a subject matter expert, you will manage and maintain a comprehensive Continued Process Verification (CPV) plan. Furthermore, you will be responsible for assessing and approving Product Quality Reviews (PQRs).

Key Requirements:

-Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

-Proven experience in project management, ideally within Operations, MSAT, Quality, or Compliance functions.

-Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies (e.g., Swissmedic, FDA) is an asset.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

-Proficiency in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus.


Process validation Specialist - Contract in Switzerland

Cybersecurity Analyst

For one of our customers, we are looking for an Information Systems Cybersecurity Analyst.

Our client is a global industry leader and iconic brand. The Infrastructure team is being strengthened by the creation of an Information Systems Cybersecurity Analyst position.

As SOC representative, your mission is to recommend and monitor the objectives and performance of Cybersecurity analysts. You are responsible for incident response procedures and incident-related Cybersecurity indicators.

Thanks to your experience in a SOC or CSIRT role, you are familiar with technical solutions for managing cybersecurity incidents. You have a strong knowledge of the MITRE and NIST frameworks, and of EDR & SIEM technologies (Splunk Entreprise Security & Crowdstrike). Knowledge of NDR and SOAR solutions would be an asset. In this position, you will conduct a full investigation in line with best practices. You will analyze and respond to detected events or threats.

The position is central in that you will oversee the operational management of Cybersecurity solutions. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and developing dashboards and metrics relating to Cybersecurity monitoring activities.

As a Cybersecurity Analyst, part of your role will involve technological monitoring of solutions and services. Your role also involves developing and improving detection and response tools.

You take part in assessing the cybersecurity maturity of implemented solutions, for which you recommend corrective actions or preventive modifications.

As the team and internal and external project contributors work in an international context, you have excellent communication skills, particularly in English (minimum level C1). You have a strong sense of organization and priorities. You are eligible for a work permit in Switzerland.
