Dans ce poste, vous rendez compte au responsable de SAP CC et gérez une équipe technique de 3 personnes sur leurs objectifs, le support et la formation. Vous gérez le personnel, les projets de développement, les actifs d’architecture dans leurs phases d’exécution et de construction, les parties prenantes internes et les partenaires externes.

Our client is looking for their new Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Lead.
For this position you must be eligible to a Swiss work permit.
Your role will be to interface with business users and leaders in every department to understand their needs and effectively communicate those needs back to the development team / external agencies
You will also: define technical solutions and act in a leadership role to provide technical guidance to team members within an Agile Development Environment. Write technical specifications for new developments of the platform, testing and validating developments made by external agencies, arbitrating technical choices and coordinating the project.
Translate the business requirements into Technical System Requirements and Technical Design Specifications Act as Technical Architect for all project related to Salesforce products and satellites systems (OMS) and resolve major issues impacting delivery Implement Salesforce solutions that support industry leading best practices in technology, features, performance and scalability
Lead release and deployment processes for assigned projects with support of internal developers / external agencies Diagnose and solve technical problems related to Commerce Cloud platform and process linked to external platforms / 3rd party platform
Manage technical risks related to complexity, data integration, scalability and performance Develop and independently run global projects end-to-end, including ownership to ensure successful planning, execution, analysis and communication of projects Stay updated about Salesforce platforms, releases, and new features & functionalities
We have a new great opportunity for a position as a SAP Technical Team Lead (eng/fr/ger) for a major Swiss client. Fluent English, German and French are mandatory, and several years of previous similar responsibilities in a large organisation are demanded. Holding a valid Swiss work permit or an EU passport is mandatory.
In this position you are reporting to the Head of SAP CC and managing a technical team of 5 on their targets, support and training.
You will manage the people, the development projects, the architecture assets in their run and build phases, the internal stakeholders and external partners.
You will participate to the selection of tools to interface with the SAP ecosystem as well as to the decisions about the implementation of new system (SAP, non-SAP, bespoke software solutions).
