In this management position, you will be responsible for the personal and technical management of the HR Services team (approx. 20 employees). In addition to resource planning, career development and training, you will be responsible for the professional execution of HR administrative services for the company as a whole.
As a HR Shared Services Manager, your role includes the following main tasks:
You are responsible for all payroll administration processes
You ensure the monitoring of technical system interfaces
You are a contact person for all questions or requests concerning the of the HR systems (development or optimization, including time recording system).
Contact person for employees in matters relating to employment law and social insurance, for various offices.
You ensure the coordination of task allocation within the HR Services department
Responsible for entering and transferring master and payroll data to SAP. That includes the execution of the technical payroll cycle.
You take ownership of the design of organization, processes and documents in the HR Services area with a logic to continuous process optimization.
Active collaboration and support in various HR projects with internal and external contributors
