We have a new great opportunity for a position as a SAP Technical Team Lead (eng/fr/ger) for a major Swiss client. Fluent English, German and French are mandatory, and several years of previous similar responsibilities in a large organisation are demanded. Holding a valid Swiss work permit or an EU passport is mandatory.
In this position you are reporting to the Head of SAP CC and managing a technical team of 5 on their targets, support and training.
You will manage the people, the development projects, the architecture assets in their run and build phases, the internal stakeholders and external partners.
You will participate to the selection of tools to interface with the SAP ecosystem as well as to the decisions about the implementation of new system (SAP, non-SAP, bespoke software solutions).

A ce poste, vous serez le Business Analyst référent pour l’ensemble des clients internes et externes de la société sur les flux SAP Sales. A ce poste, vous accompagnerez le métier dans la maintenance évolutive de leur Run mais aussi dans la mise en place des projets S4/Hana.
Vous réaliserez l’analyse de leurs besoins, évaluerez leur pertinence, rédigerez les specs générales et détaillées. Vous assurerez la modélisation puis le paramétrage des solutions O2C sur S4/Hana, réaliserez les tests fonctionnels, coordonnerez les efforts menant au golive sur votre périmètre. Post Golive, vous assurerez la formation des Key Users et le support N2/N3.
A ce poste clé, vous assurez des responsabilités importantes de coordination des flux entre les différentes équipes. Interface entre le métier et les équipes techniques, vous êtes le garant des améliorations faisant converger la solution et le besoin.

In this position, your responsibilities will be to: -Manage the SAP Competence Centre teams, strategy, resources, planning and budget in its maintenance and projects initiatives -Efficiently prepare the technical and organizational transition to SAP S4/HANA
-Manage potential conflicts, crises and escalations -Optimize the organization of the « SAP CC » department in order to offer the best service to the business -Develop the synergies with the other non-SAP IT departments for numerous projects across the board -Manage relationships with external partners and contracts with the purchasing department -Manage coordination with the vendor and other SAP-related external suppliers.
