As a key role in our client’s ambitious digitalization strategy, we are recruiting their Senior SAP Program Manager in Switzerland.
In this position, you will be responsibile for defining the necessary projects, planning the transformation, coordinating and monitoring a rich, varied and evolving portfolio of projects. It is your role to lead a population of about 10 dedicated project managers.
This newly created role covers a wide scope of Digital Transformation programs. Specifically, the migration to S/4 Hana and the interfacing with the client’s complex IT landscape is the first main phase to embrace.
For the most part, the projects in these programmes are essentially organisational: changes of systems, organisation, processes. They involve about 10 project managers you will lead in dotted line management.
You will report to the Head of Innovation & Transformation. Your main internal interlocutors are the Project Managers, the Business Process Owners, the PMO. Additionally, you also interface with the Steering Committee, the Head of Business Unit, the Head of Digital.
This strategic position requires a significant seniority, including a proven track of record driving a complex migration to SAP S4 Hana.

A fluent English level is mandatory, as well as a fluent French or German. Obviously, fluency in the three languages is a strong advantage to be a Senior SAP Program Manager in Switzerland. No sponsorship for a visa, all candidates must be eligible for a work permit.
New position as a SAP Senior Program Manager in Swizerland
In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie SAP Basis auf verschiedenen Plattformen (Sandboxen, Entwicklungs-, Test- und Produktionssysteme für ERP und HCM) im Tagesgeschäft sowie in Projekten, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den SAP CC Business Analysten.
Sie sind, zusammen mit einem Senior SAP Basis, Ansprechpartner aller technischen Belange wie OSS, Jahresmessung und weitere der SAP Systeme.
Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP und sind mit den Prozessen in einem Produktionsbetrieb vertraut. Es ist von Vorteil, wenn Sie bereits Erfahrungen in der SAP Basis Administration sowie im Einsatz der entsprechenden Werkzeuge haben.
In dieser Managerposition werden Sie zwei Hauptaufgaben haben. Als Head of SAP Business Analysts leiten Sie ein Team von 5 Business Analysten mit funktionaler Verantwortung für alle SAP-Module innerhalb von SAP CC (SD-MM, FICO, MDM/MDG, PS usw.). Sie werden insbesondere für die Geschäftsanalyse im Bereich HCM zuständig sein. Die Stelle ist dem Leiter von SAP CC unterstellt.
In dieser Funktion koordinieren Sie das Team bei der Projektleitung und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung aller SAP-Module, bei der Analyse neuer Anforderungen, dem Design und der Konfiguration neuer Lösungen sowie der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern.
Die Position erfordert 8-10 Jahre Erfahrung als Business Analyst im Bereich SAP HCM (Prozess, Customizing, Spezifikationserstellung, Lösungsdesign…) und mindestens eine erste erfolgreiche Erfahrung als Teamleiter.
Für die Stelle sind fließende Deutsch- oder Französischkenntnisse sowie fließende Konversation in der jeweils anderen Sprache erforderlich.
