Notre client est un leader mondial de l’industrie du luxe, qui renforce ses équipes IT Infrastructure. En tant qu’Ingénieur système observabilité, votre mission sera de mettre en œuvre et d’optimiser les outils d’observabilité. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement, d’infrastructures, de devsecops et d’applications. De cette façon, vous développez la supervision vers une approche moderne d’observabilité, et garantissez l’intégration des outils et des procédures d’observabilité, de manière continue et dans le respect des standards.

Par votre séniorité, vous savez élaborer une stratégie globale d’observabilité des infrastructures IT et des applications de l’entreprise. Vous assurez la sélection, la configuration et la mise en oeuvre des solutions de monitoring et d’observabilité afin de proposer les données adaptées aux attentes du métier.
Avec un suivi temps réel des KPI et des métriques, vous accompagnez le métier dans le développement de tableaux de bord adaptés à une analyse proactive des systèmes .

Enfin, vous contribuez à la formation et au support des équipes opérationnelles et des clients internes des différentes business lines.

Vous possédez une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais niveau B1-B2. Vous êtes éligible à un permis de travail en Suisse.

Microsoft Exchange Online / M365 System Engineer

For one of our prestigious industrial customers, we are looking for an experienced to Senior Microsoft Exchange Online /365 Administrator to strengthen their current IT team.

In this position, you will be responsible for the administration of the Microsoft Exchange Online platform, used in Switzerland and in subsidiaries. You will also manage other Microsoft 365 tools, including Sharepoint Online, Teams, Power Automate etc. This includes automating and optimizing Powershell scripts and tools.

This position of Microsoft Exchange Online / M365 System Engineer is central to the company’s overall IT organization. It therefore requires excellent knowledge of MS 365’s architecture and Cloud services, both in terms of the projects you’ll be working on and the Level 3 Support you’ll be providing. It requires a marked sensitivity to information systems security (network, authentication, encryption).

Working languages are French and English. C1 fluency is required. The position offers excellent working conditions and benefits.

In this management position, you will be responsible for the personal and technical management of the HR Services team (approx. 20 employees). In addition to resource planning, career development and training, you will be responsible for the professional execution of HR administrative services for the company as a whole.

As a HR Shared Services Manager, your role includes the following main tasks:

  • You are responsible for all payroll administration processes
  • You ensure the monitoring of technical system interfaces
  • You are a contact person for all questions or requests concerning the of the HR systems (development or optimization, including time recording system).
  • Contact person for employees in matters relating to employment law and social insurance, for various offices.
  • You ensure the coordination of task allocation within the HR Services department
  • Responsible for entering and transferring master and payroll data to SAP. That includes the execution of the technical payroll cycle.
  • You take ownership of the design of organization, processes and documents in the HR Services area with a logic to continuous process optimization.
  • Active collaboration and support in various HR projects with internal and external contributors
