The company is a subsdiary of a large international group, which is very much developing and implementing its Information Security strategy.

In this organisation, you are the referent for Information Security topics. You are bridging between the Group Info Sec teams and the internal stakeholders, line managers, users and the IT team.

As an Information Security Analyst, you are the single point of contact to help implementing Group’s cybersecurity policy, and audits. You evaluate and support people’s needs in terms of e-learning, document tests, security, emergency policies, and procedures. As the Group’s and your colleagues go-to person, you contribute to the Group’s audits, and make sure the importance of information security culture is understood.

One of your main tasks will be to establish an information security culture in line with the company’s tradition and vision, which puts people first.
Consequently, the implementation of information security measures, employee awareness and risk management will be your main operational priorities.

Therefore, this position requires strong communication skills, in French and English. You should demonstrate good coordination qualities, and rigourous controlling/reporting competences. This position requires social skills to work well with the people, so to raise and promote information security awareness.

Business Engineer Master Data

This role as Business Engineer Master Data is a newly opened, permanent position at a major industrial player in Switzerland.

You will report to the head of the Business Engineering department. Sitting in the Digitalization Service, Business Engineering is the link between IT and Business. This is a team of 12 people composed of process owners and analysts in the following areas: production, quality, maintenance, planning, master data, purchasing and inventory.

As a Business Engineer Master Dataou are the link between the business and the digital department in the field of master data. You analyze, coordinate and harmonize all requests, you create synergies with IT and the different stakeholders. You manage projects according to the client’s methodology, participate in the creation of the data governance concept.

Among your other tasks, you are responsible for testing new features and releasing them into the production system. You regularly perform system tests with the Process Owner and the Template Owner system during system updates. You create and deliver training courses and you are the contact person for the second level support.

The focus is mainly on SAP MM with all the Master Data Article part. As the whole is linked to the PP part, like planning, methods and production it is necessary to have good notion in this module. Good notions on Master Data Governance woud be a strong advantage.

The successful candidate will have a strong experience as an IT Project Manager for organizational projects across the board. You show good organization and communication skills, and you are comfortable in an agile and flexible environment (matrix organization).

You distinguish yourself by your analytical mind and your design skills. In your solutions, you always take into account the company’s strategy. You know how to apply traditional and agile methods and can implement them efficiently, depending on the situation.

Even under heavy workloads, you are able to remain calm and in control of the situation. You are familiar with different project methods and can also communicate them.
