It requires the availability to travel internationally for about 20% of your time. Therefore, a good level in French and English is needed. As a Senior Software developer, you will be responsible for the end to end development of the assigned software solutions. Your technical scope covers software architecture, object-oriented conception and design patterns. You are well versed into Azure DevOps, Angular/Vue.JS/GraphQL, and/or UML with Enterprise Architecture.
Additionally, you will support and train the development, testing or operational team when needed.
You will regularly share technical knowledge and best-practices within the teams, such as code reviews, presentations or specific trainings.
Finally, you will support the team leader regarding administrative tasks, such as reviewing requirements documents or following up on change requests.
During travelling time, you will ensure smooth service delivery by accompanying and supporting new software solutions for their first uses.
As a key role in our client’s ambitious digitalization strategy, we are recruiting their Senior SAP Program Manager in Switzerland.
In this position, you will be responsibile for defining the necessary projects, planning the transformation, coordinating and monitoring a rich, varied and evolving portfolio of projects. It is your role to lead a population of about 10 dedicated project managers.
This newly created role covers a wide scope of Digital Transformation programs. Specifically, the migration to S/4 Hana and the interfacing with the client’s complex IT landscape is the first main phase to embrace.
For the most part, the projects in these programmes are essentially organisational: changes of systems, organisation, processes. They involve about 10 project managers you will lead in dotted line management.
You will report to the Head of Innovation & Transformation. Your main internal interlocutors are the Project Managers, the Business Process Owners, the PMO. Additionally, you also interface with the Steering Committee, the Head of Business Unit, the Head of Digital.
This strategic position requires a significant seniority, including a proven track of record driving a complex migration to SAP S4 Hana.

Vos responsabilités d’Administrateur Système Linux sénior couvrent à la fois les projets et le day to day. Elles seront les suivantes:
Vous administrez les serveurs et services Linux/UNIX de l’environnement EDA (serveurs de licences, ALMS, cluster HPC et services de terminaux). Vous prenez également en charge l’ensemble des serveurs/services basés sur Unix. Votre scope couvre également le parc de stations de travail RHEL et du réseau EDA, des serveurs de base de données de l’EDA (licences, ALMS, clusters HPC…). Il inclue le stockage, la sauvegarde et l’archivage. Vous assurez la gestion de projets à court et à long terme, leur planification, et l’affectation des ressources nécessaires.
Vous serez la personne référente en soutien des utilisateurs, notamment pour l’accès/sécurité et l’utilisation des licences. Dans votre fonction vous collaborez avec l’ingénierie, la cybersécurité, les finances, les achats et le service juridique. Vous serez l’interface des partenaires fournisseurs de matériel et d’outils. Enfin vous maintenez à jour la documentation et contribuez au développement des meilleures pratiques.
Le poste est à pourvoir ASAP. Il mets l’accent sur vos capacités d’analyse et de synthèse, votre expérience Linux et votre connaissance des besoins d’utilisateurs d’EDA. Il valorise votre compréhension des réseaux et des systèmes – par exemple, le sous-réseau, le routage, les exigences de l’infrastructure.
