A ce poste, votre responsabilité sera d’auditer et de cartographier les interactions humaines et digitales avec les clients, intégrer les dépendances front-end & back-end qui en découlent, les implémenter et les piloter. -Participer avec l’équipe de développement à la mise en place d’une nouvelle architecture IT qui devra répondre à la fois au Core Business et aux nouveaux business models. -Collaborer avec Business lines et leur Product owners.
Vous avez déjà mis en place une architecture multicanal dans un contexte de relation client B2C et B2B.
Vous êtes familier avec le concept d’architecture bimodale, le développement de stacks d’architecture digitaux (front end applicatifs mobile first, canaux clients multimodals, architecture cloud hybride, référentiels de données opérationnelles, API management, etc.).
Our client is looking for their new Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Lead.
For this position you must be eligible to a Swiss work permit.
Your role will be to interface with business users and leaders in every department to understand their needs and effectively communicate those needs back to the development team / external agencies
You will also: define technical solutions and act in a leadership role to provide technical guidance to team members within an Agile Development Environment. Write technical specifications for new developments of the platform, testing and validating developments made by external agencies, arbitrating technical choices and coordinating the project.
Translate the business requirements into Technical System Requirements and Technical Design Specifications Act as Technical Architect for all project related to Salesforce products and satellites systems (OMS) and resolve major issues impacting delivery Implement Salesforce solutions that support industry leading best practices in technology, features, performance and scalability
Lead release and deployment processes for assigned projects with support of internal developers / external agencies Diagnose and solve technical problems related to Commerce Cloud platform and process linked to external platforms / 3rd party platform
Manage technical risks related to complexity, data integration, scalability and performance Develop and independently run global projects end-to-end, including ownership to ensure successful planning, execution, analysis and communication of projects Stay updated about Salesforce platforms, releases, and new features & functionalities
