Cybersecurity Analyst

For one of our customers, we are looking for an Information Systems Cybersecurity Analyst.

Our client is a global industry leader and iconic brand. The Infrastructure team is being strengthened by the creation of an Information Systems Cybersecurity Analyst position.

As SOC representative, your mission is to recommend and monitor the objectives and performance of Cybersecurity analysts. You are responsible for incident response procedures and incident-related Cybersecurity indicators.

Thanks to your experience in a SOC or CSIRT role, you are familiar with technical solutions for managing cybersecurity incidents. You have a strong knowledge of the MITRE and NIST frameworks, and of EDR & SIEM technologies (Splunk Entreprise Security & Crowdstrike). Knowledge of NDR and SOAR solutions would be an asset. In this position, you will conduct a full investigation in line with best practices. You will analyze and respond to detected events or threats.

The position is central in that you will oversee the operational management of Cybersecurity solutions. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and developing dashboards and metrics relating to Cybersecurity monitoring activities.

As a Cybersecurity Analyst, part of your role will involve technological monitoring of solutions and services. Your role also involves developing and improving detection and response tools.

You take part in assessing the cybersecurity maturity of implemented solutions, for which you recommend corrective actions or preventive modifications.

As the team and internal and external project contributors work in an international context, you have excellent communication skills, particularly in English (minimum level C1). You have a strong sense of organization and priorities. You are eligible for a work permit in Switzerland.

En tant que représentant SOC, votre mission est de préconiser et suivre les objectifs, ainsi que la performance des analystes Cybersécurité. Vous êtes responsable des procédures de réponse aux incidents, ainsi que des indicateurs Cybersécurité liés aux incidents.

Par votre expérience dans un rôle SOC ou CSIRT vous maitrisez les solutions techniques de gestion des incidents de Cybersécurité. Vous démontrez de fortes connaissances des frameworks MITRE et NIST, et des technologies EDR & SIEM (Splunk Entreprise Security & Crowdstrike). Vous participez à l’évaluation de la maturité cybersécurité des solutions implémentées, pour lesquelles vous préconisez les actions de corrections ou de modifications préventives.

L’équipe, les contributeurs projets internes et externes évoluant dans un contexte international, vous possédez une excellente communication, notamment en anglais -niveau C1 minimum. Vous faites preuve d’un fort sens de l’organisation et des priorités. Enfin, vous êtes éligible à un permis de travail en Suisse.

Information Security Analyst in Switzerland

Are you looking for a position as an Information Security Analyst in Switzerland? This is a new opening (french and german fluent) in a growing team.

The company is a subsdiary of a large international group, which is very much developing and implementing its Information Security strategy.

In this organisation, you are the referent for Information Security topics. You are bridging between the Group Info Sec teams and the internal stakeholders, line managers, users and the IT team.

As an Information Security Analyst, you are the single point of contact to help implementing Group’s cybersecurity policy, and audits. You evaluate and support people’s needs in terms of e-learning, document tests, security, emergency policies, and procedures. As the Group’s and your colleagues go-to person, you contribute to the Group’s audits, and make sure the importance of information security culture is understood.

One of your main tasks will be to establish an information security culture in line with the company’s tradition and vision, which puts people first.
Consequently, the implementation of information security measures, employee awareness and risk management will be your main operational priorities.

Therefore, this position requires strong communication skills, in French and English. You should demonstrate good coordination qualities, and rigourous controlling/reporting competences. This position requires social skills to work well with the people, so to raise and promote information security awareness.
