For one of our customers, we are looking for an MES Systems Engineer.

Our client is a global industry leader and iconic brand. The team is being strengthened by the opeinng of an MES Systems Engineer position.

As an MES systems Engineer, your main mission is to ensure the operations of industrial application infrastructures. You are responsible to ensure the availability, performance, and security of MES applications.

Specifically, your role is to propose and implement technical solutions to improve service quality, availability, and application security. In this respect, you take responsibility in managing configuration and deployment changes and automation.
As a technical referent, you install, automate, and integrate solutions with associated documentation.
On the support side, you are involved to resolve problems and handle complex incidents (Level 3).
This position requires you to participate in on-call duty.

You display an excellent knowledge of Microsoft technology stack, which includes: Windows Server, IIS, Powershell, FailoverCluster, SQLServer.
You show a strong track of record processing high availability environments and their monitoring. Additionally, you demonstrate an excellent command of software factory tools, scripting and development languages for automating activities. Puppet, Ansible, Bamboo, Jira are in your list.
Finally, your knowledge of Linux environments and containerization technologies is amongst your pertinent professional assets.

You demonstrate a significant awareness of information security, of DevOps concepts and working methods, and Infrastructure as Code.

The client’s complex environment requires perfect command of French and English. It implies a proven ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, team spirit, and good interpersonal skills.

This position being centric to the client’s business, it requires strong customer focus and service orientation. You are a methodical professional, with a strong sense of organization, and able to work well under pressure.

Finally, you are eligible for a work permit in Switzerland.

Process Validation Specialist

We are currently recruiting a Process Validation Specialist on behalf of one of our clients, as a contract assignment running until the end of the year.

Role Overview:

As the Process Validation Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for designing the process validation strategy. You will lead the preparation of validation documentation, including study designs, protocols, and reports, ensuring alignment with client procedures and compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines.

Additional responsibilities include supporting R&D teams during the process characterization phase, as well as reviewing and approving related documentation. You will also oversee validation assessments for process changes and deviations.

As a subject matter expert, you will manage and maintain a comprehensive Continued Process Verification (CPV) plan. Furthermore, you will be responsible for assessing and approving Product Quality Reviews (PQRs).

Key Requirements:

-Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

-Proven experience in project management, ideally within Operations, MSAT, Quality, or Compliance functions.

-Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies (e.g., Swissmedic, FDA) is an asset.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

-Proficiency in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus.


Process validation Specialist - Contract in Switzerland

Chef de projet IT – Français Allemand

Pour l’un de nos clients, je recherche un.e Chef de projet IT – Français Allemand à Genève (H/F).

Chez ce client final, société internationale réputée en Suisse, vous conduirez une large diversité de projets transverses pour la Suisse Romande et Alémanique, notamment: Distribution, SAP, BI, Infra, Sécurité IT…

Ce poste reporte au Head of IT. Il requiert polyvalence, organisation et savoir être. Le niveau d’allemand requis est B1/B2 minimum, opérationnel à la prise de poste.

En tant que Chef de projet IT, vous démontrez une expérience de 5 ans minimum en gestion de projets IT complexes, et une expérience avérée dans l’élaboration de cahiers des charges et la conduite de projets transverses. Par cette expérience vous saurez être force de proposition et garant des best practices en gestion et coordination de projet.

Vos responsabilités s’articulent autour des items suivants:

Vous pilotez un portefeuille de projets (infrastructures distribuées, solutions métiers, business intelligence), de la rédaction des cahiers des charges jusqu’à la livraison.

Vous intervenez également en soutien du Chef de projet SAP pour l’intégration de nouveaux modules, l’organisation des tests et la suppléance du support SAP en cas d’absence.

Par ailleurs, vous êtes le référent de notre réseau dont vous assurez la supervision (documentation, suivi fournisseurs, appels d’offres) et coordonnez l’IT dans les projets métiers.

Vous contribuez à l’élaboration des politiques de conformité IT (NIS2), maintenez la documentation technique et veillez à la sécurité et à la bonne gouvernance IT.

Enfin, vous êtes en charge de l’intégration des filiales nouvellement acquises, en garantissant la transition vers les standards du Groupe.
